How the Biowatt Gasification Advantage Works

Step 1 – Advanced Gasification

Raw biomass is heated in a specialized reactor under controlled, low-oxygen conditions, transforming solid waste into a high-energy Syngas (CO, H2, and CH4).

Step 2 – Multistage Purification

The syngas passes through a proprietary cleaning string—including cyclone dust removal, intercooling, and Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP)—ensuring an ultra-clean, dry fuel source for the engine.

Q: How many people are needed to operate the site?

A: Thanks to our Siemens-based automated PLC, the Biowatt 1000 can be managed by 1-2 operators per shift. Most routine monitoring can be done remotely via our cloud dashboard.
